Speedee is a regional carrier that goes to: Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota (most), South Dakota, Iowa and Eastern Nebraska.
Speedee pricing is flat rate and depends on total dollar value of the order - anything over $250 that goes Speedee Delivery will be sent signature required - IF ordering above $250 and shipping Speedee, make sure to ship it to an address where someone will be upon delivery.

Coffee and tea are a food item cannot be returned. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, if you’re having trouble with a coffee or tea be sure to let us know – we are always happy to help.
Please email us at email@example.com to arrange a return and to receive a confirmation number BEFORE you ship the equipment. This allows us to track your return and make sure you have the correct shipping address.
Equipment must be returned in the original packaging in un-opened new condition to receive a refund. We will extend the period for gifts as necessary.
Equipment that has been opened/used may be returned for a store credit within the 15 days, if in good working order with all packaging, accessories and coffee. Equipment that breaks under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.
A refund or store credit will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item, and will be the invoice price of the equipment, minus our original shipping costs, and any coffee used. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned products.
We do not collect personal or business information unless it is voluntarily provided.
In order for our shopping cart to properly function we use a standard technology called a "session cookie." These cookies will expire automatically in a short period of time, however you may also delete them from your computer immediately after finishing your shopping.

Our gift certificates are delivered by email only to the address that you type into the 'Recipient Email Address:' field . The recipient's email will also contain the message you type into the "Enter your gift message here" field. Make sure to include "To" and "From" in your message.
These gift certificates act like account credits so the recipient will need to have (or create) an account on our website in order to redeem the certificate.
As purchaser, you will also receive an emailed invoice which will contain the gift certificate information including the recipient's email address, your gift message, and the gift certificate code. We encourage you to save this information in case you mistype your gift recipients email address or they misplace the email notification. We also encourage you to purchase gift certificates separately from other products for ease of record keeping.
We will also have a record of the gift certificate here at Burman Coffee and can resend or help if needed.

The recipient can redeem the gift certificate multiple ways all of which result in an account credit that can be applied toward the total at checkout.
