How does your shopping cart work? You can verify what is in the shopping cart by clicking on the “View Basket” or "Items in Cart" button at the top right on each page. You can always click the BCT logo to return to our homepage.
Your account does not store credit card information!!! We use coupon codes for promotions such as a Free Pound of coffee on your next order, a free t-shirt, or a free 1/2 pound of coffee. Currently all roasters purchased receive a Free Pound on your next order. The code is located on our flyer that comes with the roaster. Coupons can be redeemed during the checkout process. How do gift certificates work? Our gift certificates are delivered by email only to the address that you type into the 'Recipient Email Address:' field . The recipient's email will also contain the message you type into the "Enter your gift message here" field. Make sure to include "To" and "From" in your message. These gift certificates act like account credits so the recipient will need to have (or create) an account on our website in order to redeem the certificate. As purchaser, you will also receive an emailed invoice which will contain the gift certificate information including the recipient's email address, your gift message, and the gift certificate code. We encourage you to save this information in case you mistype your gift recipients email address or they misplace the email notification. We also encourage you to purchase gift certificates separately from other products for ease of record keeping. We will also have a record of the gift certificate here at Burman Coffee and can resend or help if needed. Redeeming Gift Certificates - You must have (or create) an account in order to redeem your gift certificate! The recipient can redeem the gift certificate multiple ways all of which result in an account credit that can be applied toward the total at checkout. How does your shipping work? We currently have free shipping on all the roasters (Select "free shipping for all roaster purchases" upon checkout). Coffee orders require a shipping charge unless being picked up locally. However, we frequently have discounted shipping coupons - click here for our current coupons. Speedee is a regional carrier that goes to: Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota (most), South Dakota, Iowa and Eastern Nebraska. Speedee pricing is flat rate and depends on total dollar value of the order - anything over $250 that goes Speedee Delivery will be sent signature required - IF ordering above $250 and shipping Speedee, make sure to ship it to an address where someone will be upon delivery. At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.A. All of our roasters are 120v-60hz and are built only for the North American distribution channels. Our vendors require that all warranty work must originate from the U.S. You are always welcome to come out and play with the roasters or make a purchase.
