A blend of Fine Cup/Strictly Soft beans from Bazil's Cerrado and Sul de Minas regions. Blended to capture the best qualities of both regions, and qualified for consistency by SCM, one of Brazil's top exporters.
Tasting Notes: Gentle acidity with medium to very full body; soft and very smooth, with sweet to bittersweet chocolate flavor notes and roasted nut undertones. Roasting Notes: Here's a coffee for espresso and dark roast fans! Brazils are the basis for many French roast and espresso blends because they deliver great sweetness and body. Excellent for longer roasting times at every roast color, to build body and sweetness. |
