Finca Vista Hermosa, owned and operated by the Martinez family for over 50 years, is a model for Central American sustainable and organic coffee production. Winner of Guatemala’s “Cup of Excellence” 2007; and Guatemala ‘Anacafe’s’ official Huehue region sample coffee.

Tasting Notes:
Top-flight, classic Guatemalan ‘Huehue’!  A bright, winy cup with creamy medium-full body; malty sweet chocolate flavors with delicate fruit notes and a fine, savory aroma.

Roasting Notes:
Easy to roast; you’ll get a great cup at most roast levels. Lighter roasts accent the winey acidity and bright fruit, deeper levels deliver smooth, rich chocolate flavors. French-roast not recommended.
