Secure Ordering
All Online orders are processed in a secure encrypted system. We process the transaction via a Verisign Payflo Pro gateway. We do not store your credit card number.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Credit card Liability
The major credit card have adopted a zero liability policy for online use of their credit cards. Buying products online generally has zero risk. However, I suggest that you check out the exact policy for cards you use and read any fine print.

American-Express
Use the American Express Card online, and you won't be held responsible for any unauthorized charges. Period.

Standard Shipping
We generally ship by United Parcel Service (UPS) ground services. Shipping charges are based on UPS Ground and are approximate.

At this time we do not ship internationally.

All in stock orders are shipped by next business day.

Shipping & Order Tracking
UPS
You will receive an e-mail from UPS's Quantum View Notify the day your order ships to confirm shipping and provide a tracking number. With that number, you may track you shipment via the UPS website, www.UPS.com. Simply click on the tracking page and enter your unique tracking number.

Speedee Delivery

Speedee does not automatically send tracking information - give a call or e-mail to track your package. Delivery should be 1-3 days after shipping.

Return Policy
Burman Coffee Traders wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and offers a 15-day return on our equipment products.

Please email us at sales@burmancoffee.com to arrange a return and to receive a confirmation number BEFORE you ship the equipment. This allows up to track your return and make sure you have the correct shipping address.

Equipment must be returned in the original packaging in un-opened new condition to receive a refund. We will extend the period for gifts as necessary.

Merchandise that has been opened/used may be returned for a store credit within the 15 days, if in good working order with all packaging, accessories and coffee. Equipment that breaks under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.

A refund or store credit will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item, and will be the invoice price of the equipment, minus our original shipping costs, and any coffee used. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned products.

Customer Privacy
What customer information is collected?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

We do not collect personal or business information unless it is voluntarily provided.

In order for our shopping cart to properly function we use a standard technology called a "session cookie." These cookies will expire automatically in a short period of time, however you may also delete them from your computer immediately after finishing your shopping.

Will the information be given to third parties?
We will not sell, trade, rent, or give individually identifying information to third parties.

How does www.burmancoffee.com protect customer information?
When you place orders, we use secure server software (SSL) to encrypt all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
