These units provide an even roast and great tasting coffee whether roasted light or dark.

Swissmar's Bravi home coffee roaster is programmed to roast in multiple cycles. It's designed to achieve consistent and even roasting results. The cycle starts with a warming/drying cycle then goes into the roasting cycle at a higher and a slightly lower temperature followed by a cooling cycle and then expelling cycle. All cycles are temperature and time controlled to ensure optimal roasting results independent from the room temperature. The cooling process might vary between 6-10 minutes until the roaster reaches about 122F (50C) depending on room temperature.

Large roasting capacity: Bravi roasts 1/2 lb / 225g of green beans at a single time, supplying +/- 25-30 cups of coffee.

Patented 'Flow Thru' air ventilation: Swissmar's patented 'Flow Thru' air ventilation keeps the machine cool to the touch and separates the chaff from the roasted beans.

Easy clean up: The top reflector and doors are non-stick coated and easily cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge. The roasting drum,made of stainless steel and the chaff tray are dishwasher safe, along with the plastic bean cup and ventilation port. (on upper rack only.) Rotary drum roaster: The rotating drum keeps the beans moving and ensures an even roast preventing the beans from burning.

Adjustable Ventilation Port: The adjustable ventilation port allows you to direct the smoke towards your kitchen hood or ventilation exhaust. Easy to use: Bravi's one-touch operation makes home roasting a breeze. Custom roasting: 15 settings allow you to roast from a light to dark consistency.

Several safety features make the machine safe in the event of malfunction or consumer mis-use:
• Over heating protection - Bravi is equipped with double over-heating protection devices which shut off the entire unit in the event of over-heating.
• Self diagnostic - Bravi is equipped with self-diagnostic tools that alert you to malfunctions in the temperature sensor.
• Roasting drum guard - Ensures the Bravi drum is placed in the correct position.
• Closed-lid sensor - Will not allow the machine to start unless the lid is properly closed.
