This is a state of the art, large capacity green coffee roaster suitable for home use, B&Bs, and upscale cafes and restaurants wanting to serve the best cup of coffee.

You can effectively roast a small 1.8 ounce batch, (50 grams or 8 cups) up to a 12 ounce batch (350 grams or more than 50 cups). For the best results I roast 10 ounces at a time for washed coffees and around 8 ounces for dry processed coffees (Brazil, Yemen, Harrar and others) In addition, its innovative cooling system allows multiple batches throughout the day.
