Indonesian Flores Bajawa- This cup has a full body and a great milky sweetness. A slight hint of smokiness/dark chocolate can be found and accentuated with a darker roast.
Mexican Malinal Washed- New crop now in stock. Rated much higher than last years. Very rich and smooth!
Puerto Rican Hacienda San Pedro
This super premium coffee carries some of the best Puerto Rican attributes; a rich, clean and smooth cup, with a full body and hints of caramel and citrus followed by a slight chocolate finish.

Mexican Malinal Natural- This lot is a very rich balanced cup with a fruity sweetness, medium body and a clean finish.
Ethiopian Semi-Washed Limu- This cup is full bodied, rich, clean and smooth. It is a sweeter cup with highlights of citrus.
Colombian Premium Versalles- This Colombian is big bodied, very smooth, rich, and clean with a buttery fruit finish.
Hawaiian Greenwell Farms Kona- Greenwell farms is one of the biggest names in Kona coffee. This is their highest quality bean, a very large, clean, polished coffee with a flavor matching the looks.

Panama Carmen Estate - This is a consistent winner of the Best Of Panama Cupping Competition (4th this year)
Indonesian Aged Java - A very smooth and rich cup, aged to perfection. A sweet start transforming into
dark chocolate overtones with virtually no acidity.
Papua New Guinea PB - A full bodied smooth cup, with interesting fruity overtones coupled and delicate
hints of cocoa, caramel, spices.

The most common are the fluid bed roasters such as the Fresh Roasts, the Hearthware I-Roast, and the Zach and Dani's . . .
What's New Continued:
01/17/08 We are undergoing a shipping pilot with Spee-Dee delivery in certain mid-west states. Our free roaster shipping will ship Spee-Dee delivery in their territory.
We will be shipping some ground coffee orders with Spee-Dee. The orders should arrive quicker and with excellent service.
If you are in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North/South Dakota or northern Illinois your ground order may ship Spee-Dee. Please let us know if you have any concerns or issues.

01/29/08 Looks like we had a bad batch of one pound bags that has caused occasional breakage. We have switched to a double thickness bag which should fix the problem.

03/20/2006 We have returned from our visit to Edwin and his family at Finca Vista Hermosa: Guatemala. We enjoyed our time at their Finca (plantation) and thank them for their warm hospitality. We also had the pleasure of meeting and cupping with AnaCafe, which regulates all Guatemalan coffee. They gave us the full V.I.P. treatment. We hope to have pictures and stories of our visit up on the site soon.

The Aeropress, a very cool hands-on espresso maker, similar to a French-press, it makes enough espresso for one to four shots, add a little more hot water and you have Café Americano. Relatively easy to use and clean and many think, (including Ken Davids) it makes superior espresso comparable to many expensive machines.
